Our network includes top undergraduates and graduates from reputable institutions (such as NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD, SIT, and local polytechnics), full-time tutors, and current or ex-MOE school teachers.

What should I do to prepare for the first lesson?

For safety and verification, we require at least one adult to be present at home. We also recommend conducting the lesson in an open areas of the house (e.g., the living room), especially if the tutor is of the opposite gender.

How do I pay for the first month of lessons?

For the First 2 weeks, AceHub Tutor will collect from Parents each time after lesson complete, after Tutor is confirmed after 2 weeks, Parents will pay direct to the Tutor.

What if the tutor is not a suitable fit for my child?

There are no binding contracts. If you feel the tutor's teaching style does not match your child's learning style, you can request a replacement or termination immediately after any lesson.

Are there any penalties for changing or replacing a tutor?

No, there are no penalties. You only pay for the exact number of lesson hours that have already been conducted.
